Inspirante.io an EdTech meets HRTech start-up seeks a location agnostic (US / Europe), Co-Founder, Head of Product.
The 4th Industrial revolution has changed industries & professions, Inspirante.io is reimagining the way career path planning is designed and delivered. There is a “war for talent” and a move to skills-based hiring; it’s now time to turn the dial on the supply side i.e. the future worker. Inspirante.io will teach users the how in building a career plan, educate on industries and professions and deliver in a fun, immersive learning format.
You will:
- Be a thought partner to the CEO
- Be curious, resourceful & creative in your thinking
- Partner with our p/t Data scientist & Learning scientist & be in the trenches
- Deliver an MVP and drive future product strategy
- Present to future funding partners
You have:
- Built and scaled a B2C / B2B platform, ideally in EdTech, HRTech or Gaming
- 15+ years progressive career experience in Technical Product development and are now ready for your own entrepreneurial journey
- Excellent written and oral communications.
- A demonstrated interest in social impact causes in your personal life.
